Enable high definition

Hello,
I have a Samsung HD ready TV witha HDMI connection. What do I connect it to to get High Definition?

Also, I cannot tune to a HD station for the moment. Help

If you have cable/satellite, you need to be sure your cable box is HDTV, and has an HDMI connection on it. Once it does, your television should auto sense it's highest possible resolution!
