How do i get rid of Personal Security

I downloaded this thing called Personal Security and it is blocking everything and pop ups are coming up telling me that i have to pay. I want to get this off of my Acer laptop. I also dont want a long drawn out plan to get rid off it i want like a one,two step understandible process!! Please help me. I am so computer dumb!

If possible, I would follow the manual process instead of using the automatic tool. I try not to download applications if I don't have to.
