How do you change the setting of the hdmi to the regular cord on your ps3

I went to my friends house and pluged my ps3 into his hdmi cord. When i came back home i used my regular 3 colored cord but nothing showed up on my TV. How do i fix that problem?

all you need to do is hold in your power button until it beeps three times and that will reset your game to normal but you profile will still be the same with all your stuff in it. JohnnieRango
