system restore is blank

hi, when i go to system tools, and try to open system restore, the screen
comes up but it is blank, no information , totally blank. what happened?

Hi,

What service pack level of WindowXP? None, SP1 or SP2. To check, right click on My
Computer and select properties.

The script on Doug's site may fix the blank calendar.
