Need help bad

sorry for being sooo pc stupid but,what is an ap client? ......im trying to understand what a program called YCMMirage.exe is? i found a forum that said it is a background process monitoring if any ap is using our virtual driver and once detected ,it will launch YOUCAM,then YOUCAM will provide and share the webcam video to client aps.........help me to understand what it all means.most importantly does that mean if that process is running that someone is viewing me from my YOUCAM?
