BSOD and freezing problems

I have been having issues with my computer having bsod and freezing (sometimes at the sign in screen). I thought at first it was GPU related as I got the BSOD in games and I had weird lines show up on the screen when it happens in game. I have had it on my desktop though and I ran verifier.exe to see if I could figure it out. I also did a chkdsk and got nothing as well as a virus scan and removing programs I didn't need. I am currently about to reinstall my GPU drivers as I removed them to see if that was the problem. I even tried taking off my overclock of 3.4 back down to 2.9. It also seems like sometimes my usb devices lose power. I have included a link to the dump files also. Any guys know what the problem could be?
