ON WINDOWS MSN MY SCREEN IS COVERED FULLY, BUT ON GOOGLE CHROME IT COMES UP AS REDUCED BUT HIDES ALL THE "FULL SCREEN,REDUCED SCREEN AND CANCEL"BOXES AND THE ABILITY TO EXTEND THE SIZE BY THE SCREEN EDGES MARK DOES NOT ACTION AT ALL. HOW CAN i ADJUST TO SEE THE FULL SCREEN AND CANCEL ON GOOGLE CHROME

Right-click Google Chrome on the taskbar and select "move". Now, before doing anything else, tap an arrow key on your keyboard (left, right, up, down...doesn't matter which). This should make the mouse grab a hold of the title bar of chrome.
Then just move the mouse till you can see the buttons you want.
If moving the mouse doesn't isn't working, after you click "move", just use the keyboard arrows to position the window.
If "move" isn't an option, click restore and try the above. "move" won't be available if it's in full-screen mode, which restore will take it out of.

Also, all caps = bad...mkay...bad like not being able to move google chrome window bad...
