Need help figuring out BCCode: 109 BSOD

Last response: in Windows 7

Hello, I could really use some help with this one that's got me stumped.

Win7, I5 2500k @ 4Ghz. GTX 670 with 460 as physx. have ruled out heat as ambient is low and cooling is more than sufficient. PSU is 750w Power PC&C.

No BSOD since built in July but recently BSOD in (of all things) the game FTL (which hardly uses the video cards at all). I also get the same crash in Borderlands 2. Most recent crash was 6 minutes ago after 2 hours of FTL playing.

Please help if you can... thank you so much in advance! Save me from wiping my SSD and starting from scratch...

Well most blue screens are RAM or a driver. I would run memtest overnight and if it passes i would update all drivers. if that does not fix it I would be checking your Temps again.
