Best microphone on a gaming headset?

I'm looking for a headset with good sound quality and a good microphone. I've mainly been looking into the Logitech G35 and Sennheiser PC350. Any thoughts?

Get a set for dictation or business use, those usually have okay quality mics. If you want really really good mics, you need to go external, as in not attached to the headset. Those comes with a few mics and some internal processing to get the most out of each mic inside, like this:
