How to convert red yellow white cables to hdmi

Hello,
My TV has only one place to plug in the red, yellow, white cables. However, we have several different devices that need to be plugged in (DVD player, Wii, Smart Cycle). There are several HDMI slots open on the tv. Can we buy an adapter or converter for some of these devices so we can plug them into an HDMI slot?

Get something like this so you can plug all of the RCA stuff to the RCA input on the TV.
