What size sd card, and how fast should I get?

I'm getting a fujifilm hs30 exr soon, and I need a new sd card. What size should I get, 8gb or 16gb? Does the speed matter: should I get sandisk extreme or extreme pro? I'll be taking pictures and recording hd video, what size is hd video?

You need the SDHC 16GB Class10 card, because you take pictures and HD video, yes, sandisk is good brand but you don't need the extreme pro.
