I am facing one problem with my notebook compaq 6710b. when I try to stsrt my notebook a message displays in the screen " The embedded security password has been changed but the current harddrive is not the drive that was present when automatic drive lock was enabled. changing the embedded security password affects automatic drive lock data, possibly making the original drive unusable. it is strongly recommended that the password not be changed until the original drive is replaced"
Press F1 to abort the password change or F2 to continue.
Either of the two keys are pressed the password does not open
Please Help Me

Remove your hard drive, put it in an enclosure, and try to copy the data from it. If you're successful, simply continue with the password change and just reinstall everything if you lost any data.
