I am a noob user of laptops. Today I just brought my new laptop - Hp pavillion dv4 and I have a few questions for you laptops. Thanks in advance

1. Is it bad to have the battery in the laptop when I am already using the plug for electricity?

2. Is getting a fan neccessary?

3. Also where can I find drivers for dell 720 printer, my comp is window 7 64 bit.

1. In the short term, no. If you're going to leave it plugged in a while (>2 days) you should take your battery out. Only store your battery for extended periods with ~40% charge.

2. No. Not all the time. Sometimes just propping your notebook up to get air underneath it is as effective.

3. Did you try Dell's site?
