19" Akura TV/DVD Combi popped and is dead

Hello,
My Akura TV recently popped while I was watching it and went completely dead; I have tried changing the fuse in the plug twice and each time it just popped and went dead again. Has anyone got any idea what it might be?

I'm severly doubting this is worth your time to repair if it's not the fuse. A shop is going to charge 65 bucks an hour minimum for diagnostics, plus 65 an hour labor, plus parts. Akura is a cheap/house brand, and you can now purchase a 19 inch combo unit for just shy of 120.

Thank you, I was wondering if replacing the power supply would work but don't really want to waste the money if that isn't the problem.

If its an external DC power supply (which i suspect it it), you could always get a voltage tester to verify it's getting power.
