Bluetooth headset, laptop, and hdtv with hdmi cord...

Hello,
I play an online RPG game (Everquest 2 extended). I have been able to use bluetooth with laptop when I was playing game. However, I wanted to try to hook laptop up to HDTV with HDMI cable, and still have sound/mic work through Bluetooth. When I hooked the HDMI cable up to the tv, I could only seem to get sound to come thru tv (and I couldn't use bluetooth mic...had to use key on keyboard). I even tried adjusting the audio settings in the game, but no luck. Is it possible to get the screen/graphics on HDTV with HDMI cable, but to get sound to still come through Bluetooth headset? Please email me at buddhababe79@aol.com.

Cheers,
Angie

Hi,

have u solved your problem? Have you check your audio device software for your PC? There, you can select which audio device output that you want. If you see your bluetooth headset, right click on it and set it as default audio output. Hope that this help.
