I accidentally deleted my favorites folder I created in the favorite file.
Can I get it back?

Normally it will go to the Recycle Bin, restore it from there. If you
emptied the Recycle Bin, or "bypassed" it then the chances are you won't
recover it. You could try 3rd party undelete software, but that's not
always successful.

Not sure if this will work but you can try doing a system restore if
those files are that important to you.
