Windows 7 Speech Recognition Won't Start

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the default Windows Speech Recognition. It will just not start. You press, "Start Speech Recognition" and the spinning disk appears, but then nothing. I use Home Premium.

Any help is much appreciated

Yep, definitely in. Works with Skype etc aswell
