Make sure when you set the FSB to 133, you aren't overclocking your memory. If you are running PC2100 Memory and your FSB is at 100 MHz. it may have your memory on a 4 to 3 ratio running the RAM at 133 MHz. (266 DDR) When you change the FSB, if you are not changing that memory ratio back to 1 to 1, you will be trying to push your memory at 133 X 4/3 = 177 MHz (355 ddr)and that may be causing your instability.
I would think that if you just go in and select the BIOS option for "setup defaults" it should automatically set correct memory and FSB settings for your rig... then you can tweak from there.
Good Luck.
