Hello,
I have DVD player with 3 leads on the back, 1 white, 1 yellow & 1 red, I want to play MP3 dics through it. What sort of speakers can I hook it up to?

You probably can hook up amplified speakers directly though you'll probably need some sort of converter from rca/phono sockets to mini jack socket. Regular hifi speakers can be connected via a stereo amplifer.

Yellow is video out -- red is right audio and white is left.

There are 2 other options that come to mind:

1. Burn the files to a CD or DVD disk, most all DVD players will be able to read the disk.

2. My Pioneer DV 410V has a USB port. Why not put your mp3 files on a jump drive and plug the memory stick into the DVD players USB port?
