Of course I belive in science! Just because I have a relationship with God Doesn't make me stupid, I may be a little under educated but that's because I'm one of seven kids--no extra money--but that dos'nt make me STUPID either. Or do you mean "Christian Scientists?" They're the ones who don't believe in using medicine, so they let their kids die of ear infections rather than treat them because it is "god's will."

But, you're right, 99.9% of religious people do not not believe in science in such a broad sense.

Like I said, maybe there is, maybe there isn't. I don't know. The funny part is, you're guy preaching science one minute, but turning around and accepting something totally on faith the next.

Maybe we'll know sometime. The search for hospitable planets is getting interesting, though, I do know that. Big article on it in Natl Geo last month. Bastards can tell if a distant star is moving towards or away from earth at the pace of a walk now. DAMN!

I think it is funny that people who claim to have alien experiences are branded as wackos, while people who claim they have conversations with god can, oh, I dunno, become President of the United States of America.

I think that there is other life out there. Do I know for a fact? Hell no. I don't think aliens have been visiting us though, and don't think any people have been abducted by them. Could they have been? Sure, just like Goergy Boy could really be talking to Jesus.

If the world actually does fear America its really not because we as Americans are a threat to any one or nations, its not like we go out as personal individuals to cause other countries problems, we work hard for a living,[at least some of us do] and go about our daily lives just like other people in other countries do, so you could say We the People, enjoy this freedom under an umbrella that truthfully we the people hope those we've trusted to make decisions in the protective authority of this nation make the right decisions.

As far as the American people are concerned, you don't mess with us we won't mess with you, the World has no reason to fear the American people, we have enough problems of our own without dealing with yours, however if the world fears America its because of Americas Governmental decisions, now without going into deep detail, The USA is the only government thats ever actually used nuclear weapons on human beings, so if the world fears America, thats the bottomline of why, you can argue your point all you want and it will still boil down to that.

But guess what, you Canada our sister nation live under the same umbrella, but like the Ostrich you keep your head in the sand, even though some of our early warning sites are on Canadian soil, Canadian whining is so ironical, you always seem to want to bitch and gripe about the very thing that keeps you in such a free environment, I've said it before Canada, if America falls you fall too, so you better hope we don't, because your military will never be able to defend Canada, if you lost your umbrella.
