Slow USB 3.0 Transfer speeds

I have a dell xps L702x with USB 3.0 ports, and the highest transfer rate I get is 5MB per second.... which is so slow its mind blowing. It also has 2 USB 2.0 ports which get the same speeds.

I have updated to the newest BIOS (A17), and USB 3.0 drivers (USB3_Renesas_W7_A03_Setup-61X2W_ZPE)... No change at all. Still getting 5 MB per second transfers which is nearly impossible to work with.

My specs are :
Intel I7 2.2-3.0 GHZ processor
2x 120 GB SSD Force 3 Drives
2x 4 GB DDR 3 @ 1333 MHZ
GT 555m 3 GB video card

I am running the SSD's under AHCI with TRIM enabled.

PLEASE HELP!!! and Thanks for reading!

(Update): I tried write-caching on and off using this guide ( http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/10392-write-caching-enable-disable.html ). both had zero effect on the trasnfer rates still a solid 5MB per-second with either setting. Also Tried changing my driver to the R317222.exe From dell which some people said they had luck with no change with that either... I am baffled
