Not sure if this is where to ask, but here goes.

At one tim when I openned a folder and had a webpage there it had an
explorer icon. Now all it has is a square box with what looks like a picture
of various icons, but very very small.

How can I find and restore that icon where it looks like the explorer icon
again.

I have already done a restore and it did not help. Run through the
properties window and tried to direct it to open with and still nothing.
