Hello, I cannot download the driver for my USB ports on Windows 7. I have a Packard Bell PC. I have Driver Boost software installed and every time I run the programme at the end os scan it always finds the USB driver out of date and says none to be found. Yet the latest driver was 2010. I can't download photos via digicam with cable or memory card slot. Can anyone help me please ?

Hi

Driver boost is crapware (same as spyware but worse)

Uninstall it....

Usb drivers are built into Windows and NEVER need updating...

Thanks for the advice. Wish I hadn't bought it now apparently a waste of money. But still need to find this driver .....................

does the card work on the digicam? what happen you use it on the memory card slot?

Yes the card works fine on the digicam. When I connect the camera to the PC via usb a message comes up saying ' Windows does not recognise any devices. When I put the memory card into the slot NOTHING happens. No message nothing. The PC is 18 months old and otherwise works fine in every way. Had this problem a month or so now.
