-computer won'tboot

Hello,
I tried to do a acer restore restore and during restart the computer locked up and now is telling me to reload windows. I bought windows 7 pro but still can't get it to boot from the cd. HELP

not sure which acer you have but usually hitting F2 when starting the computer will allow you in to the BIOS. In this program you can set the boot order to CD-ROM first or enable the boot menu so that during the boot you can press f12 and select the cd-rom as the first boot device
