I upgrade from xp to window 7 and my sony vaio bios stop popping up at the start

Hello, i installed window 7 to sony vaio that has xp before and now the bios is not popping up even if press the buttons..the laptop just open window without showing any option key or bios after switching on..so can someone me on what to do i need to boot a programme on my usb drive ..thanks

HOW did you upgrade to 7 as there is NO upgrade path without upgrading to Vista first ?

Just start pressing the F2 key (or whatever it is for your laptop) as soon as you are fast enough. I'm not trying to be a smart alec....

Also, a lot of systems use the F12 key when booting up for the boot options screen.
