Upgrading win 7 starter in netbook

i'm planning on buying the toshiba nb305 but it has win 7 starter on it. i already own a copy of win 7 ult. can i use my cd key to do the anytime upgrade?

Unless you haven't installed the Ultimate Edition on a different computer. Then you might be able to. But that would depend if you have the full version or the upgrade. The upgrade might work while the full version would work for sure, even if you can't get it upgraded you can still do a fresh (format the drive first) install if you have the full version.
