I have about 30 applications open on my taskbar. Obviously, the icons don’t
fit in one line in the taskbar so I have the up and down arrows. I have 3
lines of application icons. If I am on the first line and I click on an icon,
the corresponding window shows up with no problem. If I am on the second or
third line and I click on an icon the application window doesn’t come up;
instead the first line of icons shows up in the taskbar. If I click fast
enough it works but if I let the mouse rest for 2 or 3 seconds on the icon
before I click it will not work, it will do as I described earlier. It
happens on every system with XP I worked with. It’s very annoying. Please
help. Thanks allot.

Press alt then tab keys. Kepping alt down and tapping tab moves you around
active tasks.

Thanks, Will, I already knew that, I am asking about a specific problem and
how/if can be fixed. I wouldn't be having 30 applications open if I didn't
know about Alt-Tab.
Thanks.
