You can't use an e-ink display this way. This is how they work:

Overall, you're looking at somewhere between 50-100 ms higher response delay on this product compared to the nontouchscreen version."
Get a Nook Color or Tablet or a Kindle Fire. Or any other tablet really if you want something you can use a pen with.
