there is a metropcs store by my house that will remove any password locks on any android phone for you for like $10 or $15 bucks you can try calling around and see if there are any near you that can do the same

You forgot your password and If you want to take your forgot password, then you should go for near service center and take your password or just visit mobilecode here they provide all instructions to how take the forgot password.

1) Put random 5 patterns or passwords whichever implies, this leads to a window which asks you if you have forgotten the password.
2) this very window leads you to a space where the system asks you to put your goggle account id and password (which you have used to register for google play)

Note: Make sure your phone is connected to internet either by wifi or SIM mobile network.
