Multipurpose printer / copier

Hi, i cant decide which b/w printer / copier i should buy for commercial use, pl suggest me some solution; i ve mentioned my req. below
1. small / compact
2. have automatic doc feeder
3. have automatic 2 side printing
4. no connectivity with any work group req
5. not have many paper trays
6. comes around 300-400$

PS: I will print only A4 or legal size
PPS: around 2000 copies p.m
