Going through my first Gottlieb system 80 game, Counterforce; and I am
enjoying it. I have done the marvin3m.com upgrades and the pin is now back
to life with one exception. Both drop target reset solenoids are stuck on.
I checked the switches and they are OK. I am assuming there is a bad driver
transitor. Clay's site says, and on my game there are three 2N3055
transitors. But on my driver board one was replaced with a Motorola 464R01
8052, or so the transistor is identified, and that is one of the transitors
that triggers one of the reset solenoids. This motorola transistor is not
listed on Clay's site as a substitue and I have not yet checked the
transitors with a DMM. Any comments.
Thanks in advance
