Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H and boot problems

I was trying to put a hard disk that contains a partion with window xp, I have installed windows 7 in another disk.
The problem is when I put the two disks at the same time, it always load the windows xp. So I tried to reorder the boot.
I had some devices like UEFI: hard disk (this one with the w7), and P0: hard disk (the same hard disk with w7), and the dvd device and some other hard disks.
I tried some orders but always the xp would load, so I disable all options except UEFI, and it didnt work, then I disable all the options except the P0 and it didn't work. But when I went to let all like before, the option of UEFI it wasnt there.

So the question is, why the UEFI option disappeared and how I can get it back? and How can I connect 2 hard disks with windows and choose which will be executed?

If you connect the drive with Windows 7 to the sata port 0 and then the other drive to sata port 1 you should get the Windows 7 drive to boot first.
UEFI is your bios and if you can get into the bios you don't need it as a boot option.

I have the windows7 connected to the sata port0 and the drive with xp in the sata 3 or 4. In this way doesn't work?

And about UEFI, I said it because before it was there, and not it doesn't.

Unplug the drive with Windows XP and lte the computer load jut Windows 7 for a few times and see if that will set it as the main drive and then later plug the XP drive back in.

I've been with with w7 the whole time, just today I plug in the driver with xp.

Can it be that the device with xp has GRUB?

Are the two drives that you have the same or are they different. Are they both conventioal drives? Or is one a SSD?
