I accidentally changed the channel on my tv

Hello,
i accidentally changed the channel on my tv and then got it back onto the irght channel but comcast just tells me that ther's been am "interruption in my service" Whaat do I do?

Unplug your cable box from the wall, and back in, should reset it. If that does not work, contact Comcast.
