Dell Dimension E520 wont boot after long period of being off.

My name is Kunal and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. You can try to do flea power by disconnecting all peripherals and cables (including power cord) from the tower and then hold down the power button for 15 seconds, after doing that if you are still getting the same issue, then check the indicator lights in the back of the tower also when you switch on the computer do you get any beeps or not.
Kindly Let us know the indicator light and beeps status for further diagnostic , waiting for your reply.
