my friend reckons that u cant use ddr video cards on sdram mobo.... i never thought about it...... i always thought u could use ddr vc on sd board...... any1 know a quick answer to this quick question?

Tell your friend he screws, video RAM has nothing to do with what system RAM you are using. Think, if DDR video RAM can't run on SDR mobo, then DDRII video RAM can't run on DDR mobo too... so where the hell does the benchmark of GeForceFX came from? Even DDRII (GeForceFX) can run on SDR mobo.

You never know how stupid you are until you have done something stupid enough for you to realize it.
