How to fix problems with network controller sm bus controller pci simple communi

i bought i new toshiba L855 i5 and installed win7 ultimate on it. since then my network controller and PCI Simple communication controller are not working. they have a yellow exclamation sign on them. because of these i am unable to connect to the internet and my wireless is also nut working.
any help please

The yellow exclamation mark probably indicates the driver for the devices are not installed or were improperly installed. If you have a disk, install the drivers from there, or put the drivers into a flash drive to install from.
