Shutdown and reboot !!

Hi

i have a PIII with Win XP pro SP2 and when i click on start , stop computer
, and shutdown everything close but the pc reboot !!

they do the same thing if i click on reboot ! but there is ok not on
shutdown !!!!

somebody help !!!
