Unable to print

in our office we are using windows server 2003 r2 with printer sharing ..client machines says unable to print. there's no domain. only we are using workgroup model.. when users provide username & password with any of shared folder in server then they are able to print without any error.. what can i do it for access printer without password..
previously they had server 2003, at that time it worked fine..

this can b solved by 2 possible options.
A)
1. Share printer on server.
2. Access server from client and double click on printer, if it is access without any error then it solves ur
problem.

1) On Server machine, right click on printer and open its properties.

1) On Server machine, right click on printer and open its properties.
2) Click on security Tab. Select Everyone from Group or usernames.
3) Click on Advance under Permission for Everyone
4) Select Everyone under Permission Entries.
5) Double click on Everyone and Select Allow all options.
6) Click apply or ok until all popup close.
