How to share a file with a single user exclusively on Windows 7

I have set up a network with about 20 computers all running windows 7. Any file I share is accessible to all the other computers on the network. My aim is actually to share files with specific computers on the network; not all. How do I achieve that?

More about share file single user exclusively windows
  1. Share a single folder with user access permissions, i.e. only a single user can log in to the share, and then put only the files you want to share in the folder.
  2. Remove "Everyone" and "Authenticated Users" from the permissions and add only the user accounts that you want to be able to manipulate the files. Don't forget to add yourself will full control and add write permissions if the user needs them, or else you'll be up sh** creek.
