HP1315 and Linksys Printserver

I have an HP 1315 connected to a LinkSys Wireless Printserver ( WPS54GU2).
I can print with no problems, but I cannot use the HP director to scan or
anything like that.

HP can't help, is there anyone in here that can??

Right. The Linksys PrintServer is a PRINT server, not a scanner server or a
copier server. And the HP director software is tested and qualified only with
the connections that HP has tested. If the 1315 (or any printer) runs with a
USB cable, then USB is what you use. If it works with one of HP's JetDirect
units, then you operate it on a network via its JetDirect. The HP Director
software is the limiting factor here... Ben Myers
