Hello,
I have open a program and this laptop ask me to choose a program to open it.I choose microsoft word and all the icon in the desktop change to microsoft word too.When i open a folder the microsoft word appear.I am very confuse how to fix it.

It sounds like some fun malware got into your registry and screwed you up. Download and burn a bootable rescue disc like Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10, boot into it and run it. After that, do a Windows repair by booting from the Windows install disc.

Start Menu -> Default Programs -> Associate a file type or protocol with a program. You probably set the .exe to open with Word by default, and now it assumes all files of that type are Word files.
