Read my hard drive after sytem restore

During most system restores, all data is erased from the HDD. There is usually a warning prior to doing a full system restore to that effect.
A professional data retrieval service may have the capabilities (if anyone does) to retrieve some data, maybe all, but will (usually) charge a premium for their services.
Summary: Unless you have your data backed up somewhere else, it is probably lost.
