Help with beats by dre

Hello, I have Studio Beats by Dre and i got them a week ago. I only would use it with my android phone. Then all of a sudden, the beats stop working. I tried them on a laptop i have but they still won't work. The cable is all the way in, i turn it on and it has power left since the light is turned on. I need help

Take them back to where you bought them for an exchange or replacement pair.
