why dont you try to fix the problem instead of just getting around it? what does your computer do when you enable it?

how do you shoot the devil in the back? what happens if you miss? -verbal

If I change the bios and exit and save the computer won't post os allow you to go into setup. I have to remove the cmos battery and reset.

Plug and Play should be set to "No" in the BIOS in the first place, if ACPI power management is enabled, and the operating system is Windows. Leave it alone.

Thanx Guys. She works like a doll. PnP no, ACPI yes. To clarify if I PnP enable in bios. The comp wont post must reset bios ie. reset CMOS (EEPROM).
