Help me pick a monitor

I am building my first computer and I am looking at 2 different LCDs.

The first one is a 21.5" Asus that was recommended by the forum.

I would like the larger display but if it is not a quality picture then the larger screen is not worthwhile.

Anyone have any experience with either of these monitors? Any major differences that an inexperienced person such as myself would miss besides the 5 and 2 ms rate?
