AMD AthlonXP 2600+ (333mhz FSB)

Today I bought the AthlonXP 2600+ with 333FBS. but when i start my computer, i only get 166Mhz FSB. This is also the case in the BIOS. Is there any way for me to get the full 333mhz? BTW, my board is a Chaintech Zenith 7NJS (it says it's 333Mhz compatible)

166 is 333. 333 refers to the doubled (ie. DDR) speed.
