How can you erase administrator on your Dell Inspiron computer and reload Window

Erase previous owner info, no passwords avail but have orig sys discs. Help?

We don't advise on password related matters here at Tom's because we can't be sure the person asking the question is the actual owner. Yoou need to ask the person you bought the box from for the password or throw the hard disk away and buy a new on to reinstall on.
Password protecting our data is the only way we can be sure no-one gets hold of our personal files.
