I recently brought individual watercooling componets. I am trying to find the most efeicient way of setting it up one way is reservior>pump>radiator>cpu>gpu..then back to reservior.. the next setup is reservoir>>pump>>>cpu>>>gpu>>rad>>then back to reservoir.
Also I want to know where to install the fill line. should I put it between the inake or outake line of the pump and my rad is going on the outside back of my cas..should the fan be place outside pulling air in? or inside pushing air out?

The main difference here is .. do you want hot water sitting in your resvervoir... if it's sealed properly and you don't need to worry about external evapuration... then do it that way with the heat sources sinking into the reservoir, else you should put the rad there first to cool the water before. If you have a high enough flow rate it really won't matter at all.. put personally I would hook up the blocks after the pump then the rad then the reservoir...

To err is human... to really screw things up you need a computer!
