How to connect mobile wifi to pc

I connect via wifi wed my mobile but there is showing a message internet not access so please help

make sure your phone carrier supports data tethering

You can use the cell phone as a internet connection as long as you have it set up that way and you can connect it to your computer. You also need a good data plan because you'll use a lot of databy connectiing to a computer. Did you call your cell provider to set up your phone as a modem?
