P4 prices SLASHED!

Only days after the reviews of the 3ghz 800mhz fsb pentium 4 they have them here in the uk. I had a look at overclockers.co.uk and expected the prices to be as high as the 3.06. WOW did i get a shock. Not only has the 3.06 come down from £470 to £340 but the new top range 3.0 is only £366!!!! I thought this was very bad news for amd but the 2700xp is down 25% and the 3000 barton is down 30%. Isnt it strange how a new processor release (P4 3.0) affects the market! The top pentiums are now well within most peoples price range and i will be snapping one up as soon as possible.

Also on a side note, they have a canterwood board, the abit at £128, cheaper than some granite bay boards.

Where abouts are accquiring these prices?

I'm hoping and praying I can soon a afford a P4 3.06 GHz with Hyper-Threading!
